Crab Stuffed Tilapia

Tonight, I had a request for a dish that was good enough for a special occasion and healthy.  I immediately thought of my brother’s Crab Stuffed Tilapia recipe.  This recipe was included in our second cook book, Inspirations.

Although it sounds complicated, the recipe is actually quite simple! I was completely amazed the first time I made it. If you like carb recipes, try this Hot Crab Dip.

Is it a keeper?

We love this recipe (and we are not fish lovers)!  It’s well seasoned and full of flavor.  Plus, it’s so simple to make!  Serve it with a side salad or some brown rice and you have a very healthy meal!  Hats off to my brother for coming up with gem!  Great job, Dan!

  1. I’m not sure I can find this fish in my parts, flounder would be easier. This recipe sounds delicious, I usually do my fish stuffings with tiny prawns but crab meat would be a tasteful change! Yvette x
