How to Make Broccoli Slaw

STEP 1: SHRED

First, using a food processor shred the broccoli and carrots. You can use a sharp knife if you prefer.

STEP 2: DRESSING

Next, in a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and horseradish and then drizzle over broccoli, carrots, and onion. Mix well.

STEP 3: CHILL

Finally, refrigerate for 1 hour.

  • 6 cups shredded broccoli, use the entire stalk, including stem
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup finely sliced sweet onion
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
