  • Olive oil: Just a tablespoon of good olive oil.

  • Garlic Powder: This adds the deep garlic flavor.

First, preheat oven to 375 degrees and then cut each potato into 8 wedges. Then cut in half length wise, then cut each half into quarters length wise.

Next, place potatoes in a large bowl and add olive oil and seasonings and then toss until all potatoes are even coated.

Finally, spread in a single layer on a rimmed sheet pan and lastly bake for 30 minutes or until fork tender.

  1. I just wanted to say, the Sandwich bros. Angus Cheeseburgers rock~ I had a coupon from Kroger’s for them and as an afterthought bought a box to try. I thought they looked to small to be anything but an appetizer. Boy, i was wrong! They are more filling than you might think. I loved the flavor & taste. You can easily fix one and tuck your favorite toppings, like lettuce, tomato, onion, & pickle down into the pocket, then add any condiments you like. Delicious!
