We have another crazy busy week upon us. It all starts tomorrow night. My little guy has his Cub Scouts Pinewood Derby race. His car is ready and he is super excited to race tomorrow night.

Last year, he ended up taking first place in his Tiger Den and 2nd place over the whole pack! He’s hoping his luck is still running strong for this year’s race. His mama will definitely be keeping her fingers crossed that he does good again this year!

Easy Recipes for Dinner this Week:

Sunday: One Pot BLT
Monday: Race Day! The Best Wimpies Ever (I’ve got them ready to go in the crock pot!)
Tuesday: Perfect Risotto
Wednesday: Simple Perfect Chili
Thursday: Sticky Slow Cooker Chicken
Friday: Super Strombolis
Saturday: Cowboy Breakfast Sandwiches
