This Boom Boom Shrimp Tacos recipe is so easy to make. The Sauce recipe is a copycat version of Sheetz sauce that you they serve on their sandwiches.

This Sauce consists of chili peppers, with savory notes from garlic – a perfect tangy-creamy-spicy combo. It is just not something you can use for tacos. STEP 1HOW TO MAKE BOOM BOOM SAUCE AND FRY THE SHRIMP

First, place all the sauce ingredients together in a small mixing bowl and whisk  together for 2-3 minutes to combine. In the meantime, place the shrimp onto a baking sheet and prepare shrimp according to package directions.

STEP 2: PREPARE SLAW

Then in a large mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix and Boom Boom sauce, mix until well coated. Lastly, warm taco shells in microwave by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwave on high for 30 seconds.

STEP 3: ASSEMBLE AND ADD THE SHRIMP, THE SAUCE AND SERVE

To assemble, first, place 1/4 cup of coleslaw mixture on each taco shell and then add shrimp. Finally, drizzle remaining Boom Boom Sauce over the top of shrimp.
