STEP 1: PICKLED ONIONS

First, combine vinegar, brown sugar, salt and all spice in a medium microwave safe bowl.   Then microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until the mixture boils. Add onions and toss to coat.  Let sit for at least 30 minutes.

STEP 2: GRILL TURKEY BURGER

Meanwhile, preheat your grill and prepare the burgers, combine the turkey, parsley, cumin, pepper, salt and all spice in a large bowl.  Mix until combined.  Next, form mixture into four patties.

Brush patties with canola oil and grill directly on the grill grates until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees on a meat thermometer.  The time to cook this burger should be about ten to twelve minutes, flip once during this process. Top with cheese and serve on buns.
