First, preheat your oven and bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Then prepare your pasta according to the package directions, drain and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare Cheese Sauce
Meanwhile, in large sauce pan, melt 1/4 cup of butter over medium-low heat. Then add flour and stir for one minute until it starts to gets pasty. Next, whisk in the whole milk. Continue to cook over medium-low heat, whisking occasionally, until the milk begins to thicken. Next, add cubed Velveeta, All Purpose Seasoning Blend and dried mustard and stir until cheese has melted and sauce is creamy.
Step 3: Mix Mac n Cheese
Then add macaroni and stir to combine. Transfer to a 13×9 baking dish. Next, melt the remaining 1/4 cup of butter and combine with Panko; Stir to combine. Then spread panko mixture on top of the prepared macaroni and cheese.
