Today, Instagram is one of the best ways that people connect online. Since, Instagram is driven 100% by photos and hashtags, it’s easy to track and stay on top of what people are sharing.
I’ve been to several parties where the hosts wanted to follow along with all of the social shares from their soiree. To do so, they had this great signage displayed around the room.What a great way to stay on top of your guest’s social shares at a party or event!

Whether you hosting a graduation party, wedding or just a neighborhood party, it’s fun to stay on top of what everyone’s posting so you can comment and interact.
I like to print out several of these Instagram sign printables and place them in frames around my party. I always put one on the buffet, around the seating areas and (my favorite place) one in the bathroom.
It’s also great to place this sign next to the photo booth, if you have one at your party. I found this great, collapsable and portable Selfie Booth. I love that it’s under $40! It comes with its own green screen so you can choose from a variety of fun back drops on the free smart device app that comes with it.

Here’s how to Use the Instagram Sign Printable
- Print the printable onto an 8.5×11 sheet of paper
- Trim the printable to 8×10
- Come up with a unique hashtag for your event such as #CongratsChristina2015
- Write the hashtag in the space provided
- Frame and display
If your party space is large, you may want to print several of these and place them around the space.
Then sit back and watch your friends and family share photos from your event. You can easily search the hashtag so you don’t miss a thing!
