My family loves smoothies. It’s a delicious and easy way for me to ensure they are getting their daily fill of fruits and veggies. Having a good blender is the key to making velvety smooth smoothies.
I recently had the opportunity to try a Nutri Ninja: Ninja Blender and I was blown away by the the construction and features. It is extremely powerful. And, it costs a fraction of some of the other powerful blenders.
I hadn’t realized how pathetic my other blender was until I tried the Nutri Ninja: Ninja Blender. To be honest, I never made smoothies as much I wanted to because my other blender (a well known kitchen appliance brand in the $99 range), never really made my smoothies completely smooth. I would always get bits and chunks or it would puree everything.
What makes this blender perfect for smoothies is the Auto-iQ Technology. It features timed, intelligent blending programs that do the work for you so there is no guesswork. Plus, it has the capability to pulverize ice to snow in seconds for creamy frozen drinks and smoothies. And, the Pro Extractor Blades break down whole fruits, vegetables, ice and seeds for maximum nutrient & vitamin extraction.
The Nutri Ninja: Ninja Blender comes with the regular blender canister, blades and tight locking lid. Plus, it includes three single serve containers with their own blade and drink lids.
These single serve containers are one of my favorite things. I can easily made smoothies then take them with me on the go.
Some of my favorite smoothie recipes are:
- Easy Green Smoothie
- Tropical Mango Smoothie
- Super Berry Smoothie
- Triple Berry Smoothie
- Banana Mocha Smoothie
- Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
And, if you’re wondering how to save extra smoothies, here’s my favorite way to freeze smoothies.
And stay tuned! I have several more smoothie recipes coming soon and I promise you won’t be disappointed!
I cannot rave enough about the Nutri Ninja: Ninja blender. It is a definitely a keeper!
