Take advantage of all of the fresh produce this summer with these Mush Have Summer Salads #SAVEITSUNDAY #FoodFairyTale
Whether you have a vegetable garden or you visit your local farmer’s market, fresh veggies are easy to come by during the summer months. I love to incorporate all kinds of different veggies into our summer meal plans.
Most nights we have some sort of salad for dinner. Instead of just a plain green salad, I really like to mix it up, depending on what I find at our farmer’s market. There are so many different and colorful vegetables to choose from this time of year. Sometimes, it’s hard to choose!
When I make salads , I always make extra to keep on hand for lunches the next day. One of my favorite things to use are these Glad salad containers.
These containers are amazing! I love how you an store the dressing in a separate container that snaps into the lid. Brilliant! I can’t tell you how many times I would pack a salad for lunch when I worked full time only to find that I forgot to pack the dressing.
I found these containers are also great for salads that have mix-ins that get soggy when left in a salad overnight. Things like croutons, nuts or cheese are better when added to the salad right before you serve it to preserve the texture.
Glad has taken salad storage to the next level with this great container. It gives you perfectly portioned servings of your favorite dressings and extras.
