I challenge you to take back control of dinner in 7 days.  Do you think you can do it?

7 Steps to Stress Free Meal Times!

What’s for dinner?  How can three little words (14 teensy, weensy letters) invoke such a feeling of dread?

You know the feeling.  Three o’clock rolls around and it hits you.  You realize you have no idea what to have for dinner.

Panic sets in.  Your palms start sweating.  You do a frantic mental inventory of what you have in your pantry, fridge and freezer. If it’s a good day, you come up with something you can throw together for your family before the evening activities begin.

Or, you come up empty and decide to just bag it and order takeout instead.

Oh, I know this story all too well.

I’m telling you, though, it doesn’t have to be this way.  You can take back control of dinner.

It can be done and I have a 7 Day Stress-Free Dinner Challenge to help you figure it all out.

7 Steps to taking back control of meal times

Are you up for the challenge?

All you need to do is sign up using the form below.  I will email you a daily challenge to help you take back control of meal times. There will be tips, tricks and action steps you can take to tame the “What’s for dinner?” monster.

So, what do you say?  Are you in?
