These Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork Nachos are one of my favorite easy tailgating recipes.
Fall is, hands down, my favorite season. I love the cooler weather, the cool, crisp air and football!
There is nothing like being in a college town for a football game. I love going back to my alma mater during football season. As you walk through the parking lots you can feel the energy and excitement in the air. You see everyone showing the team spirit. You hear the fight songs blaring. You smell all of the delicious tailgating food!

I used Campbell’s Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork Slow Cooker Sauce for this recipe. It made prepping this recipe a cinch. All I needed to do was add the sauce and pork tenderloin to my slow cooker and I was free to go about my day.
Then, right before kickoff, I put the finishing touches on the recipe and cheered my team on!

These nachos were incredible! There was crunch from the chips and a softness from the tender, slow cooked pork.
There was a sweetness from the Apple Bourbon sauce and a bite from the onions. Pure perfection. It’s no wonder they were devoured in no time.
This recipe would also be great with chicken. Just swap equal amounts of chicken for pork in the recipe below. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork Nachos
Ingredients
- 1 package Campbell’s Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork Slow Cooker Sauce
- 3-4 pounds lean pork tenderloin
- 1 bag restaurant style tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup red onion - sliced thinly
- 16 oz Colby-Jack cheese - shredded
Instructions
- Place the pork tenderloin in a 6 quart slow cooker and pour Campbell’s Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork Slow Cooker Sauce over top. Cook on low for 6-7 hour or until fork tender.
- Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return to slow cooker with sauce.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spread tortillas out on an oven safe platter or in a cast iron skillet.
- Spread onions out on top of the tortillas.
- Spread shredded pork and sauce evenly on top of the tortillas.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve immediately.
