These Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork Nachos are one of my favorite easy tailgating recipes.

Slow Cooker Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork Nachos Recipe – an easy and delicious crock pot appetizer that is perfect for game day.

Fall is, hands down, my favorite season.  I love the cooler weather, the cool, crisp air and football!

There is nothing like being in a college town for a football game.  I love going back to my alma mater during football season.  As you walk through the parking lots you can feel the energy and excitement in the air.  You see everyone showing the team spirit.  You hear the fight songs blaring.  You smell all of the delicious tailgating food!

And, let’s face it, while the game is great, one of the best parts is the tailgating party.  Whether you’re tailgating at the stadium or in your living room, football is always better with delicious snacks.

That’s where these Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork Nachos come in.  This is an easy recipe that take only a few minutes to put together.

I used Campbell’s Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork Slow Cooker Sauce for this recipe.  It made prepping this recipe a cinch.  All I needed to do was add the sauce and pork tenderloin to my slow cooker and I was free to go about my day.

Then, right before kickoff, I put the finishing touches on the recipe and cheered my team on!

Campbell’s Slow Cooker Sauces come in six varieties, including: Tavern Style Pot Roast, Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork, Beef Stew, Southern BBQ, Sweet Korean BBQ and Hawaiian Pork. The sauces are easy to use, whether for an every day meal or game day get-together.

Campbell’s Sauces are not only great for game day gathering with friends but they are awesome for every day meals, too. Meals with Campbell’s Slow Cooker sauces are delicious and so easy to make. These nachos were incredible!  There was crunch from the chips and a softness from the tender, slow cooked pork.

There was a sweetness from the Apple Bourbon sauce and a bite from the onions.  Pure perfection. It’s no wonder they were devoured in no time.

This recipe would also be great with chicken. Just swap equal amounts of chicken for pork in the recipe below.  This recipe is definitely a keeper!
