I love receiving flowers as much as the next girl.  And, jewelry — the sparklier, the better!  I definitely won’t turn down an invite to a nice romantic dinner.  But love can’t be measured by how much something costs or sparkles.
Love is measured by the little things that often times go unnoticed.  The simple gestures that fly under the radar of our daily lives.  They’re not out there on display for the world to see.   These small acts of love come from the heart.

My husband is great with little love gestures.  For instance, he always cleans the snow from my car.  I never have to venture out in the cold morning air to remove the snow from my car or (worse) scrape the ice from the windshield.  He does that for me so I don’t have to.
He also makes sure I have fresh brewed coffee every morning.  I can see what you’re thinking.  If he drinks coffee too, isn’t he just making coffee for himself?  Well, yes.  And, no.  There have been many times when my husband has been called out in the middle of the night for work.  And, before he leaves (regardless of how tired or rushed he is) he makes sure I’ll wake up to fresh coffee in the morning.
My favorite gesture, thought, has to be our evening ritual.  My husband and I love our tea. Every single evening he brings me a cup of tea while we relax after putting my son to bed.  Every. Single. Night.
Lately, we’ve been trying some of the new flavors from Lipton.  Lipton’s new black and herbal varieties and improved green teas refresh the tea experience with bold and stimulating flavors, such as Enticing Chai, Pure Green, Orange Passionfruit Jasmine and Peach Mango.

My new favorite is Lipton’s Lemon Ginger herbal tea.  I love anything ginger flavored and this tea is so refreshing.  It’s perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up or to relax with in the evening.
These teas smell as great as they taste too.  They engage all of your senses, creating an exciting and unique tea-drinking experience.  You can check out the full line-up of Lipton Green, Black and Herbal tea flavors here.  It’s the little things in life that make it special.
