How to Make Horse Cookie Recipes

Making these cookies are quite simple.  Everything you need can be purchased – you don’t need to make anything from scratch if you don’t want to.  But, if you prefer to make your own frosting, you may certainly do so.

To make these cookies you will need Milano cookies, mini Nilla Wafers, candy eye balls, vanilla frosting, chocolate frosting, assorted colored gel frosting and black gel frosting.

These cookies start by sticking a mini Nilla Wafer to a Milano cookie using frosting.
