HAPPY NEW YEAR!  I would like to start 2013 by thanking all of my wonderful readers for your support throughout the past three years!  I cannot believe how IAK has grown since I started wayyyy back in 2010.  Your comments, feedback and support over the past few years mean so much to me.  I am delighted to bring you new recipes each week!

Yesterday, I posted the top viewed recipes during 2012.  Now, I’d like to share my favorite recipes from 2012.  These are the recipes that my family loves.  Over the past year, I have found myself making these recipes over and over and over again.  They are my favorite recipes and, I hope, some of them are your favorites too!

My favorite recipes from 2012 (in no particular order) are:

  1. Caramelized Onion Penne
  2. Drunken Pork Chops
  3. American Pierogies
  4. Cowboy Breakfast Sandwiches
  5. Baked Chicken Fajitas
  6. Perfect Caesar Salad
  7. Homemade Granola
  8. Pumpkin Pie Squares
  9. English Muffin Bread
  10. Steak Pizzaiola

Have you tried any of these recipes yet?  Leave me a comment and let me know which ones you like best!   If you haven’t tried any of these yet, what are you waiting for?!?!  Give them a try in 2013 — they are all so incredibly delicious!

Again, thank you all for sticking with me during this crazy cooking adventure that I’m on!  I truly appreciate it!  And stay tuned…I have some exciting things planned for 2013!!!

Wishing you a happy and healthy New Year,
