Admittedly, I am not a huge fan of fish.  You can probably tell because there aren’t many fish recipes here on It’s a Keeper.  However, there is one recipe that will get me to eat fish on any given day — this Seafood in a Soy Ginger Garlic Sauce (say that three times fast!).

Today, I thought I would show you just how easy it is to make this incredible recipe.   You can use any kind of seafood or fish — whatever tickles your fancy.  On this particular day shrimp, scallops and cod were tickling my fancy.  But any fish or seafood will do.   I posted this recipe a while back.  You can read about how I came up with it here.

This sauce is so incredibly good!  You could put it on a shoe and I would probably eat it!  It’s THAT good.  It’s packed with flavor and, best of all, it’s super easy to make!  Just take a look:

Sounds awesome. I don’t cook with ginger awesome, but I bet the garlic totally balances out the strong-ish taste.
