This has to be one of the easiest crock pot recipes I’ve ever made!  Before you click away, hear me out.  I know that this recipe sounds like it won’t work. It sounds like it would be mushy and leave a big pasta mess in your slow cooker.  I thought the same exact thing.  But somehow it does.  This is one of those easy recipes and quick dinner ideas that will definitely become part of my meal planning rotation.

Recently, I found a new blog that I absolutely adore, Crystal & Comp.  She offers easy recipes, homeschooling ideas, kids crafts and DIY posts.  There is so much great information over there – I’ve found myself poking around for hours!  This recipe for Crock Pot Ravioli is the most popular recipe on her site.

Just like my recipe for Slow Cooker Lasagna, I would have guessed that the raviolis would turn to mush after sitting in a slow cooker all day long.  Once again, was I wrong! This recipe surprisingly good! The raviolis were still a little firm, the sauce had thickened nicely and the cheese on top was super melted.  The photo above doesn’t show how great the cheese melted.

Seriously, guys, this recipe takes less than one minute to get together.  It really doesn’t get any easier than this!

I would highly recommend using a slow cooker liner for this recipe.  It really does make clean up a cinch!  I just love those things!

Serve this up with my easy Rustic Garlic Bread and my Perfect Caesar Salad and you will have a perfect dinner!

When it comes to slow cookers, there are many options available – from the basic to the ultra fancy. My favorite is the Hamilton Beach 33967 Set ‘n Forget 6-Quart Programmable Slow Cooker. I have had a number of slow cookers over the years and this is by far my favorite. It’s easy to use and program. It’s just the right size and it has handy clips that hold the lid on securely while you’re traveling.

Here are some slow cooker accessories you might like too:

Thank you, Crystal, for sharing this amazingly simple recipe!

Crock Pot Ravioli

From Crystal & Comp

25 oz bag of frozen ravioli (any type, meat, cheese, etc.)
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Empty bag of frozen ravioli in slow cooker.  Pour spaghetti sauce on top.  Stir to combine.  Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.  About 10 minutes before you’re ready to serve, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.  Cover and continue to cook until cheese is melted.  Serve immediately.

I saw this recipe on Pinterest and I wondered if it would turn into a mushy mess too. Now I know I can try it, thanks for sharing!

It doesn’t get easier than that! Both of my kids actually eat ravioli, too!
