Meal planning and easy dinners are the key to staying sane during the week. Here are some easy recipes to get you through this week! We have another crazy busy week upon us. It all starts tomorrow night. My little guy has his Cub Scouts Pinewood Derby race. His car is ready and he is super excited to race tomorrow night.
Last year, he ended up taking first place in his Tiger Den and 2nd place over the whole pack! He’s hoping his luck is still running strong for this year’s race. His mama will definitely be keeping her fingers crossed that he does good again this year!
