Grilled Stone Fruits

We love grilled pineapple, so when I had read about grilling stone fruits, like peaches and plums, I thought I would give it a try. 

The Recipe

There really wasn’t a “recipe” for this one.  I just sliced up some peaches and plums.  Removed the pits and placed them, cut side down, on the grill.  I grilled the fruits for about 10 minutes and then served them warm.

Is it a Keeper?

I loved the peaches!  Just like with pineapple, grilling peaches gives them a nice smoky flavor. So good!  I wasn’t as fond of the plums though.  I can’t really pin point it, but I just didn’t like them grilled.  Oh well.
