Looking for a fun way to jazz up plain old pancakes?  These Chocolate Peanut Butter pancakes are an easy pancake recipe that will have your mouth watering!

Easy Pancake recipes Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes from It's a Keeper

My guys love pancakes.  It’s a breakfast staple in our house. And, sometimes, they even make an appearance on our weekly dinner meal plan.

I always use my great grandmother’s easy pancake recipe.  The pancakes are tender and fluffy and turn a gorgeous golden brown.  And, they come out perfect every single time.

Pancakes are like a blank slate just waiting to be dolled up in some way.  I love how versatile they are.  I’ve made them with whole wheat flour – like in these Apple Cinnamon Pancakes and these Blueberry Pie Pancakes.  I’ve even made them where they’re more like a dessert than a breakfast, like these Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes.

Recently, I was looking for a new way to make pancakes for my guys.  Two of their favorite flavors are chocolate and peanut butter so  thought why not put it on top of pancakes?

These were a huge hit!  I don’t think a word was uttered all through breakfast.  They ate and ate and ate.  I love it when that happens!

These Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes are definitely a keeper!  What are your favorite pancake toppings?

These have given me a serious pancake craving! I haven’t had any in way too long. Coating them in peanut butter and chocolate chips is such a delicious combination :).

We love peanut butter and honey on our pancakes, but I bet PB and chocolate is even better. Thanks for sharing at Simple Supper Tuesday.

These sound like the best breakfast food ever. I might even try putting bananas on top when I make them.
