  3. Thanks for sharing so many seafood ideas! My family eats “meatless” including seafood most of the time, so we have lots of fish recipes as well as dairy and bean recipes. Here’s an example of 4 weeks of our dinner menus.

    Being pregnant, I am not doing a food fast for Lent, but I have taken on some extra Bible reading and prayer time.
