Looking for a fun way to jazz up plain old pancakes? These Peanut Butter & Jelly pancakes are one of my favorite easy breakfast recipes. They are easy to make and are so versatile. They are sure to have your mouth watering!
Pancakes are like a blank canvas. There is so much you can do to jazz them up. You can add all kinds of mix-ins to the batter, such as chocolate chips, blueberries and bananas.
Or, you can top them with various fruits, such as strawberries, peaches or cherries.
Or you can do both! Load up the batter with your favorite mix-ins AND top them with your favorite toppings! It’s the best of both worlds!
Like I said, we love pancakes. And, they are not only for breakfast in our house. Sometimes, when I don’t know what else to make, we’ll have them for dinner. It’s such a fun treat!
Some of my favorite pancake recipes are Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes, Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes and Apple Cinnamon Whole Wheat Pancakes.
