  • Corn on the cob, sweet corn, husks and silk removed, 4 Ears
  • Olive Oil, two tablespoons
  • Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • Green Bell Pepper, diced
  • Red Onion
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Garlic cloves, peeled and minced
  • Line, juiced
  • White Sugar
  • All Purpose Seasoning

How to Make Salad with Grilled Corn

These are the basic steps for making grilled corn on cob. Please refer to the recipe card below for more detailed instructions and daily values of nutrition.

Grilling the corn, and chopping it off the cob and assembling the salad.

STEP 1: PREP

First, preheat grill on high and then brush corn with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

STEP 2: GRILL

Grill corn for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. When corn is tender, remove from grill and allow to cool slightly. Cut the corn kernels from the ear of corn, and place in a medium bowl.

STEP 3: ASSEMBLE

Next, add the peppers and onions to the corn. In a blender or food processor, mix the cilantro, olive oil, garlic, lime juice, sugar and All Purpose Seasoning. Blend the sauce until smooth.

STEP 4: DRESSING

Finally, stir dressing into the corn salad.

Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn on the cob, husked
