Is dinner time hectic in your house? Do you stress out just thinking about what to make each night? I have a quick dinner idea for you – my Tex Mex Oven Fried Pork Chops!
Last weekend, I had the honor of making my Tex Mex Oven Fried Pork Chops on WNEP’s Home & Backyard show. It’s always fun when the Home & Backyard stops in for a visit. But this time, it was even more fun because my little sous-chef stepped in to help me out. Just look at how serious he is!
The segment aired Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 9:00 AM on WNEP (our local ABC affiliate network). But, if you’re not from northeastern PA or if you missed it when it aired, you can watch it right here:
My little guy did such a good job! I’m so proud of him! He really is a big help in the kitchen.

Love your pictures and your cat. The pork chops look pretty easy to make when you don’t have lots of time.
