STEP 1: CHOP UP ONIONS AND MUSHROOMS

Start by cutting up the onions and mushrooms into medium-thin slices. Make sure to clean mushrooms prior to slicing to remove any dirt.

STEP 2: SAUTEING MUSHROOMS AND ONIONS

Heat butter in large hot pan, then add the sliced mushroom and onions, along with the all purpose seasoning making sure everything is evenly coated. Cook for 30 minutes, stir occasionally.

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 pounds white onions, peeled and sliced thin
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
