Looking for an easy lunch ideas? Here’s are my tips for making a hearty, filling lunch in little to no time.
As a blogger, I tend to lose track of time. After my son gets on the bus in the morning and I sit down to work, I get lost in a wrinkle in time.
When I first sit down, it’s 8:30 AM. The next time I look up, it’s 3:30.
I have no idea where the time goes. It just flies by.
You would think that as a food blogger, I would have lots of great things on hand for lunch. However, I’m usually so busy crossing things off my to-do list that I don’t really have time to stop and make lunch for myself.
I recently discovered Campbell’s Slow Kettle Soups at Walmart.
They taste just like restaurant-style soups that are simmered all day long. They come packaged in handy microwavable containers that make it easy to pop the top, microwave and eat. Lunch time just got easier.
They come in a variety of flavors like Angus Beef & Dumplings, Fiesta Chicken Lime Tortilla, Tuscan-Style Chicken & White Bean and several others.
So far, I’ve tried the Angus Beef & Dumplings and I can’t wait to try the rest!
Now, I just need to remember to eat! I think I’ll set an alarm on my phone to remind myself.
Here are some other tips to make lunch time easier:
- Package dinner left-overs in single serving containers for easy lunches.
- Mix up yogurt parfaits for a healthy lunch option.
- Package snacks in small zip-top bags so you can grab and go.
I highly recommend giving Campbell’s Slow Kettle Soups a try! You can snag a coupon for $0.75 off here.
