One of our favorite local restaurants is Mendicino’s. The food is great. The people are friendly. The atmosphere is like home. We’ve been going there for years! Well, a few weeks ago, we stepped waaay outside of our “box” and ordered a Super Stromboli. We knew they were good – we’ve had them at parties before – but we’ve never ordered one at the restaurant. These things are fantastic! Just like a regular stromboli, just with A LOT more meat and cheese. Mmmmmm!
A while back, Christina at This Woman Cooks, posted this recipe on my weekly linky party. As soon as I saw it, I knew I had to try it! It looked so cheesy and good. Plus, she said it was super easy.
I don’t know about you, but I’m always on the lookout for new side dishes that I can add to my weeknight dinner arsenal.
