Air Fryer Chicken Egg Rolls

Chicken Egg Rolls are a versatile dish that you can make as an appetizer, snack, quick lunch or main meal. This air fryer recipe makes it quick and so easy.

IT IS A KEEPER

WHAT YOU NEED:

✔️ Ground chicken ✔️ Coleslaw mix ✔️ Ooil ✔️ Minced garlic ✔️ Ginger paste ✔️ Soy sauce ✔️ White vinegar ✔️ Cornstarch ✔️ Egg roll wonton wrappers ✔️ Salt ✔️ Pepper ✔️ Sesameesame seeds ✔️ Green onion garnish

STEP 1:

Toss in the chicken to brown off.

STEP 2:

Top with coleslaw and place the lid on.

STEP 3:

On a flat surface, place the wonton wrapper like a diamond orientation. Place 2-3 tablespoons of filling in the center of the wrapper.

STEP 4:

Wet the edges of the wrapper and fold over the right and left side of the wrapper over the filling.

STEP 5:

Fold the bottom corner over the filling and roll it upward.

STEP 6:

Place egg rolls in the air fryer basket and spray with oil.

STEP 8:

Cook at 400 for 7 minutes, flip and spray with oil. Cook for 3 minutes.

Feel free to use low sodium soy sauce, liquid aminos or other low sodium sauces for your chicken egg rolls.
