Air Fryer Hasselback Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

> Russet potatoes > Salt > Pepper > Parsley > Minced garlic > Parmesan cheese > Butter

Cut 1mm slices 3/4 Of the way through potatoes. I use chop sticks as a buffer.

Place potatoes in the microwave for 1-2 minutes to soften them. Spray potatoes with oil and salt and pepper them to taste. Cook on 400 for 18 minutes.

While cooking, melt the butter and mix in the cheese, garlic, and parsley.

Brush mixture onto cooked potatoes and enjoy.
