INGREDIENTS:

✔️ Brown sugar ✔️ Ketchup ✔️ Sodium soy sauce ✔️ Sherry or chicken broth ✔️ Fresh ginger root ✔️ Minced garlic ✔️ Boneless skinless chicken thighs

In a small bowl, mix the first six ingredients. Reserve 1 cup for basting; cover and refrigerate.
