Barbecue Totchos are a perfect meal for weeknights, tailgating or any party or get together. Crispy Tots smothered in spicy sweet BBQ sauce and topped with tender pulled pork, beans and cheese is a winning combination.

WHAT YOU NEED:

✔️ Pork shoulder ✔️ BBQ seasoning ✔️ Frozen tater tots ✔️ Baked beans ✔️ Monterey jack cheese ✔️ BBQ sauce ✔️ Salt ✔️ Green onion

STEP 1:

First, place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker and then add the water and seasoning. Cook the meat on low for 8 hours. When done, shred and return to pot and mix.

STEP 2:

Bake tots following package directions.

STEP 3:

Remove the tots from the oven and spread the meat over the top.

STEP 4:

Top the meat with baked beans and shredded cheese and return to the oven to bake to melt cheese.
