Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls

Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls are a great twist on the traditional egg roll. Filled with spicy chicken, cheese and a zingy sauce. These egg rolls are a must make!

WHAT YOU NEED:

✔️ Chicken breasts ✔️ House Seasoning Blend ✔️ Chili powder ✔️ Cayenne ✔️ Cream cheese ✔️ Shredded mozzarella cheese ✔️ Butter ✔️ Buffalo sauce ✔️ Egg roll wrappers ✔️ Buffalo Chicken Sauce ✔️ Oil for frying

IT IS A KEEPER

STEP 1:

First, season chicken breast on both sides.

STEP 2:

Cook on medium high heat until completely done. Shred fully cooked chicken with mixer or forks.

STEP 3:

Add shredded chicken to a large bowl. Then mix cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, buffalo or hot sauce, and melted butter

STEP 4:

Next, add filling to wrappers. Wrap Egg Roll.

STEP 5:

Add vegetable oil to a dutch oven and heat to 350 degrees F. Fry in vegetable oil on medium high heat until all sides are browned.

STEP 6:

Drain on paper towels before serving.

Two wrappers will allow you to create a more hearty egg roll and it will be more crispy!
