Fresh Strawberry Poke Cake

INGREDIENTS

> Strawberry Cake Mix > Frozen sliced strawberries > Instant vanilla pudding > Milk > Dairy whipped topping – Fresh strawberries

IT IS A KEEPER

For the cake, prepare, bake and cool according to package directions.

Poke holes 1 inch apart on top of the cake using the handle of the wooden spoon.

Puree thawed strawberries in the blender.

Spoon evenly over top of the cake allowing the mixture to soak into holes.

For the topping, prepare pudding mix according to package directions using 1 cup of milk.

Fold whipped topping into pudding mixture. Spread over cake.

Garnish with fresh strawberries. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
