GRILLED STEAK FAJITA BOWL

This Grilled Steak Fajita Bowl is the perfect meal – all in one jam packed, flavor sensation!  It’s so adaptable and delicious, it never gets boring. This recipe will make your family begging for more.

WHAT YOU NEED:

 – 1/4 cup lime juice – 1/3 cup water – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 4 cloves garlic roughly chopped – 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce – 2 teaspoons soy sauce – 2 teaspoons cumin – 2 teaspoons chili powder – 1 teaspoon salt – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

STEP 1:

First, place all the marinade ingredients into a small food processor.

STEP 2:

Next, pulse the ingredients until well blended

STEP 3:

Finally, place the steak in a zip lock bag, cover with the marinade and refrigerate for 2 to8 hours.

STEP 4:

Chop all the vegetables into bite size pieces.

STEP 5:

Then place a cast iron skillet on medium high heat, add oil and butter, saute onions until soft; next add Fajita Seasoning and peppers, cook until tender.  After cooked stir in water and scrape all the good bits from the pan.

STEP 6:

Meanwhile, grill the steak to the desired tenderness. Let sit for 3 minutes, next cut on the steak against the grain
