INSTANT POT ITALIAN SAUSAGE SOUP

This Italian Sausage Soup, like Zuppa Toscana from Olive Garden, is such a comforting dish, layered with flavor. Plus by doing this soup in the instant pot, it takes almost no time at all.

WHAT YOU NEED:

✔️ 1 lb. pork sausage ✔️ olive oil ✔️ onion ✔️ yellow bell pepper ✔️ mushrooms ✔️ great northern beans ✔️ reduced sodium chicken broth ✔️ russet potatoes ✔️ Worcestershire sauce ✔️ garlic powder ✔️ Italian seasoning ✔️ crushed red pepper flakes ✔️ spinach

STEP 1:

First, turn your Instant Pot to Sauté mode. Once hot, add your sausage, oil, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms and then cook about 3-5 minutes.

STEP 2:

Second, add in your remaining ingredients except for the spinach to your Instant Pot.

STEP 3:

Close the lid. Set your IP to High Pressure for 10 minutes.

STEP 4:

Finally, once the 10 minutes is complete, do a quick release. Remove the lid and add in your spinach. Stir.
