INSTANT POT PHILLY CHEESE STEAK SLIDERS

Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are a staple in our house. They are so tender, juicy and irresistible. Additionally, they are so easy in the Instant Pot.

WHAT YOU NEED:

✔️ Hanger steak ✔️ Bell peppers ✔️ Water ✔️ Hawaiian dinner rolls ✔️ Provolone cheese ✔️ Butter ✔️ Corn starch ✔️ Parsley

STEP 1:

First, place meat, peppers, and water in the Instant Pot and then set to high pressure for 10 minutes.

STEP 2:

Second, remove meat and shred and next, add meat back to Pot with peppers.

STEP 3:

Cut dinner rolls in half and next, add the bottom portion of the buns to a 8 x 8 baking pan.

STEP 4:

Next, spoon meat and peppers onto the buns.

STEP 5:

Cover meat and peppers with provolone cheese

STEP 6:

Place top buns, butter top and garnish with parsley.

* PRO TIP *

Veggie Change Up: Sautéed onions and mushrooms are a family favorite for this recipe. Simply do on the stove top while the meat is cooking.
