Air Fryer Pistachio Crusted Fish

Air Fryer Pistachio Crusted Fish is the perfect way to a cook healthy and indulgent meal. Afterall, just because you want to be healthy doesn’t mean you have to give up taste.

IT IS A KEEPER

WHAT YOU NEED:

✔️ Fish fillets ✔️ Crushed pistachios ✔️ Breadcrumbs ✔️ Parmesan cheese ✔️ House Seasoning Blend ✔️ Olive oil ✔️ Dijon mustard

STEP 1:

Mix together pistachios, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt & pepper, and olive oil until well combined

STEP 2:

Brush on an even layer of dijon mustard on one side of the fish.

STEP 3:

Firmly press coated side into crust mixture.

STEP 4:

Place into air fryer basket that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.

STEP 5:

Pressure cook on high for 15 minutes. Let naturally release for 10 minutes.  Pour soup into a food processor and blend for 30 seconds.

* PRO TIP *

Feel free to add pecans or walnuts in addition to or in replacement of the pistachios.
