Combine flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder together in a mixing bowl.

Add wet ingredients to the flour mixture.

Beat on low speed until combined. Beat on medium speed for 1 minute.

Pour batter into prepared baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
