Teriyaki Salmon Bowls with Spicy Mayo Sauce

INGREDIENTS

>  Salmon fillets > Rice cooked > Edamame cooked > Carrot > Cucumber > Avocado oil > Salt and pepper > Garnishes: toasted sesame seeds > Maple syrup > Sesame oil > Soy sauce > Garlic > Mayonnaise > Sriracha

First, for the homemade teriyaki sauce, mix together all the sauce ingredients. Then set aside.

Meanwhile, for this sriracha mayo recipe, mix together sriracha, mayonnaise, and sesame oil in a small bowl.

Add avocado oil to a pan over medium-high heat, add the bite sized salmon to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes. Then add the teriyaki sauce mixture to the salmon, and let cook for a minute or two to thicken the sauce.
