TRADITIONAL SOUTHERN DEVILED EGGS

Deviled Eggs with Relish are a traditional Deviled Egg Recipe that is a true classic. It is one of the most popular appetizer/side dishes on any buffet table. This easy recipe has the perfect balance of sweetness, tanginess and creaminess.

WHAT YOU NEED:

– 12 hard boiled eggs see note – 1/4 cup sour cream – 1/4 cup mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish – 1 tablespoon dijon mustard – 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper – 1 teaspoon House Seasoning Blend – Pickle slices pimento or parsley for garnish

STEP 1:

First, slice eggs in half lengthwise. Next, remove yolks and transfer to the bowl of a food processor.

STEP 2:

Then add mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, cayenne and House Seasoning Blend.

STEP 3:

Finally, transfer to a piping bag and fill egg white halves with filling.

STEP 4:

Lastly, top with garnish of choice.
