Frank’s Original Red Hot Sauce

cream cheese

Mexican cheese blend

blue cheese or gorgonzola can be substituted

Ranch dressing

tortilla chips and/or veggies for dipping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine shredded chicken with Frank’s Original Red Hot Sauce, to taste.
Spread cream cheese into the bottom of an un-greased baking pan or casserole dish. Top with buffalo chicken.
Sprinkle half of the cheese over the chicken. Drizzle ranch dressing over cheese.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until dip is bubbling.
Notes
Different Cheese
: Any kind of cheese you like will work, mozzarella cheese, or a blend of cheeses.
Add Fresh:
Top with fresh chopped green onions or fresh cilantro.
Short cut tip:
Make the dip in the Instant Pot. Cook the chicken in the instant pot, Shred the chicken and finish on the slow cooker mode.
Alternate ingredient:
Replace the cream cheese with sour cream, Mascarpone or Greek Yogurt.
