Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray and set aside for now.
Peel your potatoes and then chop them into ¾-inch pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped potatoes and olive oil and toss.
Add the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and onion powder into the mixing bowl. Stir until the all potatoes are evenly coated in the seasoning and olive oil.
Grab the greased air fryer basket and place your seasoned potatoes into the basket.
Cook at 400F for 20 minutes. Remove the potatoes halfway through and stir.
Stick a fork through a potato piece to be sure they're cooked all the way through.
