Slice half of the strawberries into halves and the rest of the strawberries into quarters.
In a large bowl, add the strawberries, cherries, raspberries, and blueberries.
In a small bowl, add the honey, lime juice, and lime zest. Whisk until well combined. Drizzle the honey-lime juice mixture over the fruit salad and toss to combine.
Sprinkle the pomegranate tendrils on top of the fruit salad.
Place in the refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Wash and dry berries: Before making this delicious salad, rinse your berries thoroughly and pat them dry. This will help the honey and lime juice stick to the fruit.
Fresh mint: Adding fresh mint leaves to your fruit salad adds a refreshing and aromatic touch to your dish. Just sprinkle them over your salad before serving.
Serve chilled: Chill your berry salad in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving. This will help the flavors to meld together and create a more tasty salad.
Additional toppings: You can also add other toppings such as chopped walnuts, feta cheese, or a sprinkle of cinnamon to give your fruit salad an extra burst of flavor and texture.
