Storage Tips: This sauce keeps in the fridge, in an airtight squeeze bottle, for up to 1 week.
Freezing: Do NOT freeze this perfect condiment as the texture seems to change.
Garlic: If you can never get enough garlic go ahead and mince up a clove to give a garlic flavor to the mayo.
Mayo Alternatives: You can use miracle whip, but it will taste sweeter and a little different in general.
Adobo Sauce: Scoop the sauce out of the can with a spoon. You can blend in some of the chipotle peppers with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
Salt: You can add more salt to suit your preferences.
Sour cream: A great substitute for mayo in this recipe is sour cream!
Light mayo: To cut back on fat and calories, use a light mayo.
