Notes
Mini Chocolate Chips: Add mini semi-sweet chocolate chips or peanut butter chips.
Short cut tip: Use a medium cookie scoop to plop this treat on a prepared baking sheet.
Butter: We really want to use real butter in this recipe. Margarine or other butter substitutes will not work.
Do NOT Overboil: Overboiling the chocolate mixture will not let these set right nor will they taste the same.
Crunchy Peanut Butter: Substitute creamy peanut butter by using crunchy peanut butter. This will give wonderful addition of crunch to this yummy peanut butter no-bake cookie.
Vanilla Extract: A splash of vanilla extract will enhance this recipe's flavor.
Raisins: Add in raisins to make this no-bake almost like an oatmeal raisin cookie.
