Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine crushed cereal, flour, wheat germ, flax seed, brown sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon; stir to combine.
In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, applesauce, vanilla and the egg; stir to combine.
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; allow batter to sit for 2-3 minutes.
Drop by spoonfuls on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until set.
Recommended serving size is 2 cookies.
