Prepared shortbread or graham cracker pie crust

chopped mandarins

Instructions
Add the orange gelatin and 1/4 cup of reserved mandarin juice to a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 1 minute.
Whisk in yogurt and Cool Whip.
Fold in 1/2 cup chopped mandarins.
Pour into pie crust, top with additional whole mandarins for garnish (if desired) and refrigerate until set, about 25 minutes.
