Heat olive oil in a large dutch oven over medium high heat.
Add turkey, onion and bell pepper and 1 teaspoon of House Seasoning; cook until turkey is cooked through and onions and peppers are softened.
Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes or until fragrant.
Drain off any excess fat.
Add Ro-Tel, crushed tomatoes and kidney beans; stir to combine.
Add taco seasoning, oregano, chili powder, sugar and remaining House Seasoning; stir to combine.
Reduce heat to medium and cook for 20 minutes.
Notes
Toppings: Add your favorite chili toppings, for example, sour cream, greek yogurt, avocado, cilantro, shredded cheese like cheddar cheese, green onions and veggies and tortilla chips
Beans: Change up the kidney beans with black beans to make a black bean chili.
Instant Pot Turkey Chili: Heat oil in the pressure cooker on saute and brown your ground turkey and then add the rest of the ingredients and manual cook on high.
Additional Ingredient: Hot sauces, cumin or red pepper flakes can be added to up your heat level.
