Taco Egg Rolls

Ingredients

Ground beef

Taco seasoning
▢

Water

Egg roll wrappers
▢

Cheese

shredded

oil for frying
Instructions
Brown ground beef and drain fat.
Return beef to skillet and add taco seasoning and water.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Heat oil over medium high heat.
Add 1-2 Tbsp shredded cheese to center of egg roll wrapper.
Top with 1-2 Tbsp of taco meat.
Fold wrapper and place egg roll in oil.
Cook for 2-3 minutes then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Set on a paper towel covered paper plate for 1-2 minutes before serving.
Notes
Seasoning:
Use your favorite packet of taco seasoning in place of the homemade one.
Room
: Be sure to leave room and do not overcrowd the rolls while cooking.

Pico De Gallo
or your favorite
Salsa

Toppings:
Feel free to add sour cream or cilantro to the dish.
Bake Egg Rolls:
You can bake egg rolls in the oven a baking sheet, seam side down.
Freezing:
This finger food is easy to freeze. Place on a baking sheet and freeze for about 1 hour. Transfer to a freezer bag or airtight container.
Fillings:
Mexican Cheese blends, black beans, tofu or spicy jalapenos.
