Ingredients

  • 1 Orange - navel
  • ½ Apple
  • 1 Carrot
  • 5-6 Strawberries
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 Kale Leaf
  • 1 Tablespoon of Flax Seed
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to the desired consistency.
